Wow, I saw Karen Sutton's Blog and I realized how easy it was. Now I can keep family and friends up to date on our family goings-on. Especially, those of my family in AZ, who I only see twice a year, and cousins in Oregon who I hardly ever see.
Anyway, It looks like Brad will start a new job in about a month at a patent firm in Sunnyvale, pending the official offer letter which will seal the deal. We're extremely happy because the job will mean more security, and more controllable hours in the future. Brad will actually be able to join us on planned vacations! On his off time, he loves to wrestle and play with the girls, visit with friends, and go running when he can.
Kelsey and Bailey are both growing so fast. About a week ago, 3 year old, Kelsey, learned to ride her bike with no training wheels. We were all amazed at her ability to balance and stop for such a young one, but that's true to form for Kelsey, our little dare devil. Both Bailey and Kelsey are continuing to move up in Gymnastics and both still love it. Bailey's most exciting recent events were her winter choir performance (Cantabella Children's Chorus) and an informal class play in which she was Snow White. She lives for that kind of stuff, besides playing with all of her many friends.
I'm doing the Mom thing as usual. I'm recovering from a bout of pain from an old lower back injury, but hope to be back to MY gymnastics class...soon! Mommy lives for THAT! I've been working on round-off back hand-springs and back-flips on the tumble track, and a standing back flip on the floor. I love to volunteer in Bailey's classroom and teach pre-school gymnastics on Fridays at Bailey's gym. It's enough for me for now with all of my Mommy duties. (Labors of love, most of the time!)
